Taisys at MVNO World Congress 2017
TAISYS Technologies Co., Ltd
In 2017, as a designer at Taisys Technologies Co., Ltd., I was responsible for designing the company’s visual presence for the MVNO World Congress. This event brought together leaders from across the global telecom industry, making it a key opportunity for Taisys to showcase its innovative SIM technology and mobile interconnection solutions.

Taisys was preparing to showcase its mobile interconnection and SIM technology solutions to a global audience. Our goal was to communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging way while ensuring the company’s presence stood out in a competitive exhibition environment.
I was tasked with three main objectives:
• 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 – present Taisys’s advanced technology in a way that was accessible and easy to grasp.
• 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 – design an exhibition booth that would capture attention and invite interaction.
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 – reinforce Taisys’s reputation as an innovator through fresh, distinctive design choices.

I worked with the product and marketing teams to translate technical content into a compelling infographic. The challenge was to condense dense information into something both visually attractive and easy to understand for an international audience. I used iconography, structured layouts, and clear data visualization to highlight the company’s value proposition.

For the booth design, I moved away from the typical “corporate tech” look, instead creating a modern, cohesive visual system that aligned with the brand but felt fresh and approachable. I selected a colour scheme that balanced professionalism with vibrancy, ensuring the booth would stand out while remaining consistent with Taisys’s identity.

To add a memorable, interactive element, I developed 1:50 scale 3D models of Taisys’s SIM cards and SIM Stickers using Autodesk Fusion 360. These models provided a tactile, eye-catching feature that encouraged conversation with booth visitors.

The final solution combined information design, spatial design, and 3D modeling into a unified exhibition experience. The infographic helped attendees quickly grasp Taisys’s offerings, the booth design gave the company a strong visual presence, and the product models sparked engagement.
This project allowed me to merge multiple design disciplines and see how thoughtful design can elevate a company’s visibility at an international event. It was rewarding to contribute to strengthening Taisys’s presence at the MVNO World Congress and to see firsthand how design can transform complex information into an impactful brand story.
